Lean Decisions arose out of my journey to optimize and eliminate waste from decisions.
For the past 9 years, I’ve run a data visualization company. I’ve made thousands of decisions and helped customers clarify the decisions being made with our visualizations.
During that time, patterns emerged. Customers in one industry would make the same type of decision as those in another. Yet I could find no common language to share insights and best practices.
Two years ago, I set out to define such a language, and discovered so much more…
A vast wealth of decision science exists, but, due to its technical nature, remains inaccessible to most business professionals and the population at large.
I aim to change that.
Lean Decisions is my ongoing project to define patterns, teach techniques and highlight insights that can help you and I improve our decisions.
I won’t get everything right. Decision-making is both an art and a science. And I am continually learning more.
But through your feedback and continual research, we can improve how we make decisions.
